Legal Notice

The Board of Commissioners of Hospital Service District No. 1 of Caldwell Parish, dba; Citizens Medical Center, 7939 Hwy 165, PO Box 1079, Columbia, Louisiana 71418 will accept sealed bids on the following refurbished items:

• Steris 4085 Operating room table
• Leica OH3 Microscope  
• Allen Medical Bow Frame (universal frame)
• Medtronic Trimline Cervical retractor with blades
• V Mueller McCulloch Lumbar Retractor with blades
• All products come with 1 year warranty
• Shipping must be included with bid

Bids will be accepted until 09:00 am on October 4 2024.

Bids will be opened at 10:00 am and read aloud outside of the storage building on this date.  

We reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
