Our History

In 1977 the Haven Foundation donated land to build a hospital. Just three years later in 1980, Citizens Medical Center stood completed. With years of excellence in healthcare services, along with equal opportunity employment, Citizen Medical Center is the second largest employer in Caldwell Parish with over 125 professionally trained staff members.
