One of the latest improvements at CMC is a newly built, state-of-the-art laboratory that provides diagnostic lab services combined with consultation from experienced pathologists and clinical laboratory scientists. This new lab features an extensive chemistry menu of in-house testing, as well as other advanced laboratory instruments to perform immunology, immunohematology, hematology, and coagulation studies.

The CMC lab continues to provide quality patient care and clinical excellence in diagnostics that our patients, as well as our area providers, have come to expect. Over 90% of our lab testing is performed in-house which gives CMC providers fast, reliable turnaround time to properly diagnose and care for patients. This means less waiting time for patients’ lab results, and as a result, if physician treatment is in order, that process can begin sooner.
